About the role
Main Purpose of the Role:
To support in the delivery of the Anturas assurance commissions,
Carry out day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that the project assurance requirements are delivered
The following is a list of the major responsibilities of the Technical Assurance Engineer:
Identify and agree the key assurance, verification and validation tasks required to deliver the project
Work with the project management and technical teams to ensure the required assurance is available to support project handover
Support in defining the project assurance regime including drafting plans or reviewing and commenting in plans created by others
Ensure the project adheres to the agreed assurance governance and processes
Managing the day to day delivery of the agreed plans by way of:
Document review and comment
Formal auditing or
Witnessing of testing and commissioning
Formally recording all assurance activities either by way of:
Producing general reports or
Producing audit reports
Tracking key assurance issues and recording how they were managed to close the issue
Track all comments made by the Anturas Assurance team members to ensure they are addressed to the satisfaction of the team member
Work closely with project appointed assessment bodies to ensure they have the information required where we are responsible for the delivery of their activities
Ensuring the evidence is available to support the assurance process and is stored in the agreed location
Attending meetings relevant to the delivery of the assurance and where appropriate chairing and minuting those meetings
Scope and facilitate HAZID and HAZOP sessions to support the project hazard management requirements
Management and production of hazard logs
Travel as required to support the delivery of the assurance activities
