Cath is our Managing Director and is responsible for delivering our business strategy and driving performance. The key ambassador for business, she also continues to support the leadership and day-to-day delivery of our major commissions.
EXPERTISE
Cath is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has worked at a senior level in client, contractor and consultant organisations. Hence, she fully understands the needs of each key delivery partner. She has a well-developed technical knowledge and a passion for team working, backed up by strong management and influencing skills.
MOTIVATION
Cath enjoys working by consensus to create trusting relationships and deliver strong performance. She wants all team members to be the best they can be, and so works closely with each team member to understand what drives and motivates them — supporting them to attain their personal goals through their roles at Anturas.
ASPIRATION
Cath is driven to achieve strong collaboration on projects to strengthen overall outcomes and give the right people the empowerment and support to effectively carry out tasks. She believes that, as the industry turns to making net zero emissions a reality, open collaboration is needed more than ever.
