INTRODUCTION
Daniel provides leadership and guidance to clients on areas of Assurance and Systems Engineering, as well as managing in-house development projects to support the growth of the business.
EXPERTISE
Daniel is a Chartered Engineer and qualified Systems Engineer. He has sound and well-established skills in the areas of Systems Engineering and Assurance, attained over 15 years’ working on rolling stock and large railway infrastructure projects (including metro, heavy and high-speed rail).
MOTIVATION
Daniel focuses on managing complexity and reducing risk by bringing a structured and inclusive systems thinking approach that considers the various inter-relationships, boundaries and perspectives of different actors involved in a project. Through his experience, Daniel has developed strong skills in a wide range of systems engineering processes which he uses to deliver value-adding solutions that meet clients’ needs.
ASPIRATION
Daniel believes that a good systems engineering approach is vital for the successful delivery of projects. He is driven to achieve these ends, both with regard to projects in his care as well as the wider industry.
