Having held senior management roles in client and consultancy environments, Stuart is well-placed to set direction, shape plans and build teams in order to allow us to successfully deliver projects on our clients’ behalf.
EXPERTISE
With a background in engineering design, change delivery and project management, Stuart is an experienced programme manager who brings leadership, creative thinking and problem solving to major projects and programmes. His key specialism is in programme set up and recovery.
MOTIVATION
Stuart is driven by a desire to bring about positive change, ensuring everyone is part of that journey. He builds strong relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to ensure open communication, a shared vision and trust is established from the outset.
ASPIRATION
From his experience as a client and consultant, Stuart has a unique dual perspective on how to make projects work. This has led to a strong personal desire to always deliver bigger and better, positively influencing others to work more collaboratively and with a clear common goal.
