We are currently working with the City of Edinburgh Council and Jacobs Steer on the development of a Strategic Business Case (SBC) for a north/south tram line in Edinburgh. Our work involves the development of a project delivery plan, the scoping of the SBC and the development of a master schedule including route selection, business case development and statutory powers.

We are also leading on the research and drafting of the Financial, Commercial and Management cases in accordance with HM Treasury Green Book and Scottish Transport Guidance.
