Under the Edinburgh and South-East Scotland City Region Deal, the City of Edinburgh Council and Transport Scotland are bringing forward £36m worth of public transport and active travel measures in West Edinburgh.  

We are providing advisory services to support the development of the Stage 1 Options Appraisal and Outline Business Case for the Programme. Our commission includes a gap analysis of the activities required to produce an Outline Business Case (OBC) and fully scope out the development of the OBC for the programme following HM Treasury Green Book Guidance on Appraisal and Evaluation “five box model”. We are also developing a comprehensive Programme Management Plan and providing support to the City of Edinburgh Council senior management team responsible for implementing the Programme.
