Edinburgh Trams to Newhaven Tender Support

Trams to Newhaven is a £200m 4.7km extension to the existing tram network in Edinburgh. We provided specialist procurement advice and led the procurement process for the project. This included the procurement of all client advisors, the enabling works contractors and the main works contractor. All contracts are now executed and work is well underway to deliver the project in Spring 2023. 

Using our knowledge of tramway delivery, contract drafting and lessons learned from delivering other pieces of major infrastructure, we managed the client’s consultancy team confirm they delivered the documentation required to deliver a successful procurement.
