Our Role
Working with HS2 to effectively and efficiently manage departures, enabling compliance and agreed non-compliance to relevant standards and requirements.

We act as the HS2 Departures Manager, providing leadership on departures management across the whole programme. We facilitate the roll out of a new departures management system, collaborating with key stakeholders to make sure the accompanying processes, procedures and training are developed, provided and delivered in a way that is successful.
