Cycle Hire Scheme in Edinburgh

Working with Turner & Townsend, we initiated a project to assess options for a new Cycle Hire Scheme in Edinburgh. Key activities include stakeholder engagement to define scheme objectives, supplier engagement to understand market appetite and potential costs and project initiation to make sure the project is setup for success.

Our Role
Through extensive stakeholder engagement we created proposed scheme objectives to make they were strategically aligned to policy.  Scheme options were identified and a robust analysis was completed on the estimated cost of each option.  We also initiated the project by providing the appropriate governance and project controls were in place.  

We provided Project leadership increasing visibility of the programme and gaining political support to support the City of Edinburgh Council in delivering a key policy objective
