Trams to Newhaven is a 4.7km extension to the existing tram network in Edinburgh. We successfully led the development and approval process for the Trams to Newhaven Outline and Final Business cases. These were developed in accordance with the Treasury Green Book five box model.

As well as leading on the development of the business cases, we worked closely with senior officials and elected representatives to ensure the project got all necessary approvals and consents to allow construction works to commence in 2019.
