Working with Turner & Townsend and WSP, Anturas was appointed to assist the two framework partners in establishing the structure and governance to deliver the future Metrolink Enhancement and Renewals programme on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester.

Our Role
Providing strategic advice and programme management expertise, we worked with Turner & Townsend/WSP and TfGM to agree programme governance, management process and workflows, renewal work scopes, delivery priorities and procurement strategies to kick start and clearly define the forward schedule for this major multidisciplinary renewal programme.
